Alpinestars -> Storm Rider gore-tex
With the decent dollar x-rates they could be good purchase as a strong leather construction cooler/wet weather glove. My questions are do Alpinestars gloves fit true to size and what is the quality of their glove range like?

They look pretty good! I have Alpinestars Drystar Vega gloves in size M and they are a little short in the finger, nothing too bad but worth mentioning. Not had em long enough to comment on quality but they seem well put together and being Alpinestars you should be in good hands... 'scuse the pun!

Works out at $251 or 120 quid or so....

OYB have them for 100 quid here...prob get them cheaper too...

Afternoon all,

I had a gander around for these gloves at a better price and from a place called New Enough in the US they can be bought and shipped, for example, to the UK for $201. At todays exchange rate that's roughly £99. Hmm no major saving aside from the gloves being posted to your doorstep so.

Don't forget that if you do got caught at the post office, they will charge you vAT and Customs duty approximately 25% on whatever you paid including shipping!

denniskirk.com is one of the better american online retailers...new enough seemed to be more expensive and offered a smaller selection (perhaps it was better in '07?)
