Is that a wind up?
He now lives in Ayr?
He now lives at "No Fixed Abode"
Can't see anyone who's been in the news and on that list settling down anywhere for long.
Cheers
I have a question.....
Is the Bike ok? :D

So by the same logic, if you come home and catch your wife playing with her rampant rabbit does she go on the list for 3 years as well?
Will the rabbit need counselling?

Talk about a victimless crime! Bloody hell. I'd like to have a wee keek at the statute book they pulled that one out of...

I agree Tiger - at face value I can't see where a crime has been committed but I'm no lawyer. There's no victim and he was in the privacy of his own room? Unless there's a lot more to this?
Go out any Saturday night in Edinburgh and you see folk in stag & hen parties "simulating sex" against cars, bikes and people in public. So if a precedent has been set then all these people should be on the sex register too.
The guy from big brother who "simulated sex" with the black girl in the pool - both of them should now be on the sex register then should they not?
Not forgetting BB's daft bint "Kinga the Minger" and the lucky bottle....
