If it keeps pausing its 'cos your computer can't download it fast enough, so it pauses to let the download get far enough ahead then starts off again.

Pause the video and wait a few mins for it to download, then when you play it, it should run OK.

Actually I'm not sure whether it will work (just tried it), I'm assuming you have broadband? By pausing the video you're allowing it to be buffered and therefore it shouldn't pause. Does it happen with other youtube videos?
