I am looking to move from Virgin mobile and to 3 - The £15 package will do.

Does anyone use 3 and are they any good please.

Wifey has that package. She hasn't complained so I guess it's OK.

Thanks Ed :)

Its an 18mth contract but 300mins is not bad for £15

Good coverage, nice phones, excellent tariffs. Just a shame their absolutely appalling customer service is in Mombai and nobody there knows how to deal with complaints or technical issues. Luckily, they will be very few and far between.

+1 to that ... customer service is quite frankly appalling SOMETIMES ... however hopefully you won't need it that often, if at all ;-)

3's customer service is spectacularly bad. They make British gas appear competent. The coverage in certain areas is literally non-existant and I don't mean just on the tops of mountains...

NO!! I can't stand 3. I had really poor coverage in birmingham, it kept trying to use the 3 network when it could use the normal networks fine anyway. LG phone broke and was useless. I am on O2 now, much better.

Customer service is friggin useless half don't speak english or even understand whats going, they are useless, they messed up my contract and are charging £10 extra/month and won't cahnge it.

The actual phone service seems okay I got it casue it was cheap and for no other reason, I even got my phone working in Mexico and the US.

If you go with them just be aware they are total **** wits if you ever have to call customer service, a glass hammer is more use then are. But it seems to work, had it for err about 3 ish years now. I pay direct debit on contract.

Its the cheapest one out there for sure, I believe they use the orange 2.5 system when you can't get a video signal. My sim is acient , so i still track off the O2 netwrok, so I pay cheap rate for O2 not too bad.

I use my phone for calling and text nothing else don't the point of anything esle, so I have just call and text package. Oh its seems to work in Bucks, around the Aylesbury area if that any help to folks.
