I visited www.luckybike.com (http://www.luckybike.com) receintly to purchase some turn indicators. They arrived very fast in great shape. However, I ordered the wrong lights. It was my mistake completely, not theirs. Most companies would tell you they can exchange your order minus a restocking fee or something similar. Well, I contacted Kai Sarasch at luckybike and explained how I screwed up. The correct indicators I needed were a few dollars less than the ones I had already received. Not only did luckybike agree to replace my order, they agreed to do it at no cost to me. They did not charge a restocking fee, nor did they charge me again for shipping since the new item was 3$ less. I just wanted to note what great customer service this company has. Their products are pretty nice as well. If anyone is in need of lighting, I recommend you go through this company as they are actually out there to keep customers happy, unlike other companies that once they get your money, you're worth nothing more than a pile of hot dog S**T to them.
