Hey I feel privileged this year. It's nearing the beginning of December and I have not, yet, been sickend by months of premature Christmas ads :rolleyes: Been doing a lot of driving recently as well and only just noticed that they're starting to creep in on the radio.

But still, much later than usual where I'd be saying 'Bah, humbug' in early September! :smt013

hovis you know in the valleys and cheesetowners don't take them down they just disconect the illegal feed from the street light so as not to arouse suspision like

Don't see the problem.

Bought all the stuff, why hide it for 50 weeks of the year. I've managed to hold back the missis from putting the stuff up tiull the 1st. But it would already be up otherwise :lol:

Haven't got any external stuff though. Nice to look at others, but not for me...

Yeah, mine too. Some other clowns out the back of our house haven't taken theirs down from last year on the side of their house (although they've taken the stuff off the front of the house), I kid you not!

Jax has started putting ours up, but not turning them on yet, but then its more for the little man then us.

The ONLY reason I've started, is coz no-one else helps! And I can't manage it all on my own (VERY bad health!) in one fell-swoop this year so I'm doing a little bit every now and again. But the outside ones aren't up yet, even though I've seen at least 3 other houses in our area fully-decked and powered-on. :rolleyes:

OK, but their kids are about 17 and 15. It has been an annual ritual every year they put the damm things on a month before christmas. Thank god I don't live opposite and have to see it.

They are not over the top like some. But enough to be tasteless
