IL4, 600cc, the motorcycling equivalent of a mis-matched set of M&S beige underwear: comfortable, practical, but doesn't really inspire you to go for a ride...

:smt088

Valuable prize of a warm sense of self-satisfaction for the correct answer!

I think I know what it is, but I won't mention its name, it might upset you.

If you were a true chav and had a personalised plate on it, would you be doing this?

Yes, but which one?

Maybe, but I doubt it would fool anyone...

That's right folks, it is the sheer majesty of a CBF600!

The zx9 is in to get the feuling and alittle handling issue looked at. In the words of Sid Squid: "That's HORRIBLE!"

I actually wanted one of them, before I realised that they held their value far too well and decided to check the better-value-for-money competition from suzuki and yamaha :)

I still have a thing for hondas though, it's almost as if each and every one I get on was purposely sculpted to the exact position my legs end up in, as opposed to me being able to knee the jutty-out bit ot the fuel tank on my sv. Guess I'm the same shape as the guy who designs their bodywork :P

You didn't really give us that long to guess after your last clue! Shame you didn't get the "S". I think you get little plastic radiator side covers on that model.

:smt022Gonna be on the CBF until at least Wednesday. Apparently the mechanic has it running "sweet as a nut" but wants to test ride it for a day or two to be sure it's bomb-proof before I come get it again, and he's off work until wednesday. He's gonna be running my bike around for a couple of days on his days off and hopefully then I'll get a call telling me to come pick it up.

[-o<[-o<[-o< Please lord, deliver me from this blandness and into your warm, Kawasaki embrace...

Is it the ABS version?

Bear

Yes. AFAIK ABS stands for Absolutely Bland as ****...

To be honest I'm OK about a few days without the zx9 as long as I get it back working properly. I've just gotta get used to having no street cred and the fact that my lack of intimidation on the roads seems to be causing more people to take the mick while I'm driving...

So this mechanic basically fancied a ride around on your bike for a few days..... Think I'm changing carrears!!
