Trying to remember song title (Motown)

Can anyone remember the name of the song and who it is by that reels off a list of names of Motown stars including Wilson Pickett. Its something like
'hats off to Wilson Pickett, yeah, hats off to....'etc except I dont think it is hats off to :lol:

No it mentions him and a load of other artists of the time as well but its not by him and doesn't come up in the search. Its bugging me now, no doubt I will remember at an inappropriate moment!
