Best ive found in all my years of renting are the Co-Op.
one of the few who dont set the lower margin at £20/30K.

I think we pay about 80 quid or so...up to 15k contents with a few extras of high value...with Norwich Union....
Could prob get it a bit cheaper, but was happy with that!

Just with the same bank that holds our current account here. Probably not the cheapest but definitely the easiest. Think it's about £120 a year.
Co-op definitely a good recommendation, think they're one of the few finance houses that could possibly be described as vaguely ethical.

Whats a good one for shared houses? Can anyone suggest one?
Endsleigh is quite good for shared houses, I used them at uni. They were pretty cheap too.

When I was at uni, many moons ago, Endsleigh were the most expensive & offered the least amount of cover.
Thsi was early/mid nineties, mind.
Ooops, sorry for the derail. Nostalgia, eh?
Im with the AA. £8 a month for 40k of cover.
