Who has a cold or flu here? Man I have got it again and feel bad......I can't stop sneezing, my nose is blocked grr I hate winter....

My nose is clear every morning, then i come to work which is being refubished and the paint fumes block it up again. I do have really sore dry lips aswell.

Nearly over mine. Came down with it proper on Friday, slept most of the weekend and a lot of yesterday.

Sleep is better than any drugs in my opinion. :thumbsup:

Cant disagre there; sleep and warmth and fluids. Vitamin C wont help you, paracetomol might help with your tempurature. Just go to bed if you have flu, and dont come out till your better

Yeah I'm on 2 rest days seems like I'm gonna at home taking it easy.....I hate feeling this way...I did a lot of sleeping yesterday afternoon and today...
Well time for some food, I hope to feel better by xmas....

Just got over a severe bout of MAN FLU, obviously all the Dr's and nurses were worried about such a serious case, they thought i wouldn't pull through but through much moaning and whinging i managed to shrug off the killer disease that affects the male population.

Poor you!

Not rubbing it in, but I dont have the flu :D (never have had it actually) prob due to my super immune system and the fact I had to have a flu jab last month due to the nature of my job.

Hope you feel better soon

Yeah i got the flu jab for free from work, does it work err....

I feel a bit better now, probally somethign with seeing my buddy, a few beers and winning pool! If I moan tomorrow be nice!

Well I got my Hep B blood test results back as well, it turns out I have the highest possiable immunity.....go figure!

Got mine a week last saturday while I was at Oulton Park. I blamed it on smoking too much between sessions, but felt awful while I was training on Sunday. Just starting to get over it now, but still got runny nose & cough my guts up first thing in the morning.
Gets it out of the way for Christmas tho :)
