View Full Version : Boxing Day at Wickham Square 2007
As per every year there is a 'general' bike and car meet up in Wickham Square (http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=q&hl=en&time=&date=&ttype=&q=Wickham,+Fareham,+Hampshire,+United+Kingdom&ie=UTF8&cd=1&geocode=0,50.899273,-1.188268&ll=50.899765,-1.187768&spn=0.002297,0.005236&t=h&z=18&om=1) so if the weather is nice and you fancy a ride, get down there nice and early to say hi. I have no idea if I will be there as its difficult to get there in the car and as you can imagine it depends on the nipper, but I'm sure others will be along.
Have a look at this thread (http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.php?t=64662&highlight=wickham) for a example of the bikes you might see...

Assuming the weather looks good then I will be going. Usually have a meet at J11 M27 (Fareham central) for a ride up to Wickham.
If forecast looks good I'll post a time for a meet on Christmas eve.

Probably somewhere about 9-9.30
I'll see what the weather is doing and set a time on Xmas eve and let everyone know
I'm planning on going. Teejay, drop me a texy and I'll meet up with you somewhere.

Weather is looking good for Boxing Day.
I plan to be at J11 of the M27 (Fareham central) at 9.00 ready to leave at 9.15 for the short ride up to Wickham.
Anyone who would like to join in be there or be square!
Merry Christmas
I'll meet you at the Fareham roundabout. Don't need a map (cheeky ****er). I'll follow you in. Keep it slow though. I don't like riding quickly and I don't want to get lost.

Scoobs, didnt think you'd be venturing out, might be a bit cold... ;)

I don't know where this mistaken belief has come from? Everyone knows that if you ride more than 20 miles in temperatures of less than 20 degrees with less than 5 layers on you are going to get cold.
