I was beginning to think the hillbillys would never let him win. Merry Christmas all. Congrats to Northwind, I have voted for the curvy too many times to count.

Wow! Congratulations and Merry Christmas to Northy.
Here's what he was up against. A well deserved win, though I do like the icicle SV and the black cafe racer too.

Well done and a Merry Christmas.
And not before time. I was beginning to think that it was a shut out for non North American bikes.
Happy Christmas too , and not forgetting New Year

I always thought I only got votes because in the pics nobody can see the rust, or the crash damage, or the bodgey wires, or the cable ties
Thanks folks! Couldn't have done it without you :takeabow: Or to put it differently, it's YOUR fault :-D
Well done Northwind, curveys are the best though :D slight derail here though, how may ORG.ers are on svrider.com ?

:-Dyou got it wrong it is because off all those things that I vote for it.
A proper bike, one that has been ridden rain or no will have a few zip ties(I have about 40)some damage that did not NEED to be fixed, and so on.
Just look at this collection of parts. As the nice red bits got smashed, well black is easy to match so rattle can black it is .Give me a forged front wheel ment for another bike over a new paint job any day.

Bikes should be ridden and fiddled with, not polished all weekend.Well deserved win:cheers:
And BTW some of how my heap looks IS Northwinds fault as he helped me pick some of the bits and sort a problem or two.
