I guess it depends on what you want I guess, I only do the one art but it is very flexiable and can be adpated......what kind of fitness u after? My god I'm so unfit after my layed up time....I'm gonna get arsed kicked I know for sure, so lots of hard work for me now.....

what martial art then? I used to do Aiki Jujutsu but moved countries! On the look out for a nearby Aikido club. Did some Muay Thai training once. Was the hardest thing I ever did of an evening. Physically that is! I was Ker nacked!
Aiki Jujutsu though is brilliant. Can take a LONG time to get 'good' at it though. Keeps you fit mentally and physically too. anyhoo, are the actual weights aligned to the famous people their real weights?
