I doubt it, as they have differant types of wheels, right?

Why dont you just use SV650 sprockets?

I would look on someone like renthals website, check both models and see if the part numbers are the same

How many sprockets should one be getting through in a race season?

If you rang a place selling them, they might discount you for buying in bulk

Ah, i see - you want sprockets for differant gearing. I thought you wanted spares, which made me wonder how many sprockets a person would be going through in a race season (assuming, of course, your going racing?)

My advice would be to get hold of an old GSXR sprocket that someone is replacing, and see if it fits. If it does, then you can order some new GSXR ones, if not then you might have to try something else, or just get the SV ones

aye m8 i was thinking of trying 2 get an odl gsxr sprocket even a road 1 would do just 2 see if it fits.

2 get about 5 rear and 2/3 front sv650 race sprockets of b&c it would work out around £200 ish then il probley still need 2 get a few different 1's threw the season where the gsxr sprocket u can pick up on ebay east enuf.

again thanks all for the replys.;)

I'm sorry, I do not quite understand the cut of your jib young man. Could you please re-word that in a manner that I could understand?

And no, I do not wish to indulge in triple-X fantasies

After doing a cross reference in the books I have here, the only GSXR that takes the same rear sprocket as a SV650 is the GSXR400.

The front sprocket is the same on later model Gixer 600s 750s and 1000s as it is on the SVs.

a ryt thanks.wot year/model of gsxr400 rear sprocket will fit the sv then?and will it fit the 03 onwards model?thanks

Lozzo

All models of GSXR400, and that's to fit the pointy K3 onwards, not the curvy.

sv650k4, I think you must be having problems with your keyboard. Can I suggest you read the screen after typing as most of your posts contain gibberish.

He's got a good point, it doesn't take much to write in an intelligible manner. Spelling mistakes and a lack of good grammar I can usually cope with, but chavvy text speak really hacks me off.

It gets the message across perfectly well, I've never understood why people queue up to criticise people's posts on grounds of grammar or spelling (or even syntax, on occasion). There are plenty of reasons people might type in that way, as long as it's comprehensible- and as far as I'm concerned it's as clear as crystal- I can't see the issue. If you've got nothing to add...

Well, if that's the attitude you've decided to take, please excuse me if I don't bother to reply to any further posts of yours.
