RC8

I'm not a huge fan of large capacity sports bikes, but I have to admit that I am rather taken by KTM's new baby........
I recon it's going to be quite tasty, and I really like the looks. Biggest thing for me though is the V twin engine hmmmmmm

I don't like it so much.

Too much fairing, too large a surface area compared to the back seat unit of the bike, which is MotoGP tiny...

Too big at the front, too small at the rear, looks out of proportion.

But other than that :lol: Nice bike :lol:

Cant say I am too keen on the looks - but then again all the 2008 litre sports bikes look odd to me :(

Best looking 08 sportsbike for me is the CBR600RR as its not too crazy looking...

I love the RC8.. If I'm minted in a few years I'll have one, along with an SP2..
I'm definitely a v-twin person.. :)

The orange RC8 looks a bit funny, the colours don't all quite match because of several different surfaces. It looks feckin great in white though.

I'll have one, alongside a BMW HP2 Sport, and they can all live in a big garage with my SV (topbox would look wrong on the BMW wouldnt it?)

Looks a lot like an updated streethawk if you ask me...

Normally I prefer a naked bike, but I have to say I prefer the RC8 in fully faired form this time.

Too- um- blocky. Like the Beemers- I just don't like the styling of it.

Sounds cool though! And another V-Twin racer. Two things that do make me smile.

When are they gonna start making the bikes curvy again? Too many points and straight lines at the mo.
