my bf bought me a new black screen for my bike for crimbo, along with a hugger....neither of which fit the bike!
the hugger pyramid have admitted they sent the wrong one for my bike and are sending a new one out to fit, but the screen there was a big gap at the bottom, where it obviously was never meant to fit!
so....as bike-it are saying they dont make a screen for a k6 atm, im stuck as to where to go from here..... my bfs boss suggested skidmarx, but i know sod all about these other brands available. i dont really want to spend a mint as we got the bike-it one at trade!
any suggestions on what would look good?
on a lighter note...the bar ends fitted a treat....and after some gentle persuasion so did the tax disc holder!

I personally wouldn't look any further than Powerbronze.
Mine's a really neat fit, you know how it is...sometimes they really need to be bent into a seemingly impossible position. There are lots of colour/tint choices and the service is really speedy.
As for price, off the top of my head circa £50 inc del, for a DB.
I've fitted a dark standard shape (because I'm a shorty) Skidmarx screen to my pointy today. Fitted really well in no time at all and looks luverly. I'm very pleased. It cost £35 delivered.

Sorry, can't help much but I would just like to say it's nice to see another red pointy on the forums. Not many of us around.

sorry.... i have to say i havent seen many around (my bf works in a bike shop!) and mine was blue in the show room, so i think maybe u have a rare bike....?! lol :P
Try sending a PM to SV650Racer, I've just got a Fabbri DB screen from her for £50 + del. I'm not sure whether the price for pointies will be different but worth a try.

Got on off Ebay. You can see it on the Avatar pic. it is for a Curvy, BUT I am sure they do ones for the Pointy ones too.
Check out Ebay. The quality of it is brilliant. Took some time to fit though, but it is very nice thick 'plastic'. Good mouldings.

That HUG string is the link to the one I got. It's from RACESCREENS By The Way. I'd recommend them.

MRA do some a good range of colours, and they offer 4 different types of screen shape for the pointy

Been looking around for ages for light tinted Puig screen but haven't been able to find source for any. Had look at your Airflow screen. Looked good so have ordered one too (in light tint). Nice one :thumleft:
airblade?
Bike-it supplied the screen that doesn't fit, so that would have been an Airblade one because that's what they sell.
