I'm interested in an undertray from here (http://www.jmvconcept.fr/TempSite/17175.asp?rang=74). Its the one called " Passage de roue + clignotants LED"
They are a French company. I sent them an email using an online English/French translator but they didn't reply. I checked my email outbox to make sure it sent ok and look what it has done:
Bonjour
Darren TaitIt's turned all the french letters into stupid symbols. So then I tried sending the email in English on the chance that they speak it, but they haven't replied.
Can anyone send emails in French?
What I basically want to know is, how much is it, how much is postage, does it come with a numberplate bracket, and a number plate light?
It's for a K3 SV650S in silver
Any help would be appreciated:)

My dad speaks fluent french (he's half-french). Do you just want it translated? I would just use your online translator and then change any special symbols to english-alphabet letters. They'll be able to figure out the accents you weren't able to put in. Alternatively you can try expanding them to their english-alphabet equivalents (can't be bothered to look it up but all the accented letters should be writable as 2 letters according to a standard).

I'd make myself understood but you have a much better chance of getting a reply if they think a french person sent the email. French are like that I'm afraid
"Ppbbbbbt, why wud I be wantiiiing to sell some-sing to zis idiiot from Ingland who cant speak French?"
I'll get Mrs Ralph to write it out and I'll post it up. She's out just now, but I'll ask when she comes in.

I used a similar translator and it worked. But when I sent the email, hotmail must have converted it into that weird symbol font for some reason

Sounds like you have it sorted, but if not and you still need it translating, I can get my dad to do it.

Bonjour,
Slts
Slts is short for salutations (a thank you way of saying goodbye).
These free translations from the likes of babelfish are usually either laughable (in both a mocking way and an amusing way, Sandrine LOL at the one above), or just plain nonsense, so even if hotmail had not changed your font you'd probably not have got far.
Good Luck

It says "Respond within 5 minutes or we'll know you're only pretending to speak french, and add 50% onto the price as Foreigner Tax"

Looks like this thing includes the undertray, tail tidy and flush mini indicators, they are referring to the whole thing simply as "our undertray"
