Anyone know of a bike breakers in the central area? Found a few numbers on a web search, but they all seem to be dead links.. or old grannies!
Had an off this morning! I now know black ice on roundabouts is not a good thing... and also what a high-side feels like :smt013 Few bruises are all i picked up, but the bandit has a few broken bits :( main bit i need is a footrest bracket/hanger.. I aint paying 86 quid for a bit of cr@ppy alloy from Suzuki! Nothing on the bay of goodness either.. just my luck.

Bad news dude.:(
Still bouncing well for an old guy!:smt026
If you don't mind paying postage and waiting a few days, don't be afraid to use the big breakers darnsarff, Ely's /Black's etc. Always had good service from the likes of them.
Hope your bik and bod heal soon.

Bruises are doing just nice now, from the funny coloured bits i seem to have now tell me I landed on my hip and elbow before sliding off down the road.. padded armour probably helped a good bit ;)
Found a mob down in bristol that has one, was just tryin to find one local that i could have bought over the weekend, Don't like taking the car on a monday.. traffic is murder :(
Might be forced to take the Duke out to play instead

Was 86 for the bracket that the footpeg bolts onto, got one from a breaker for 30 delivered. Footpegs are cheap on the web, plenty copy's to choose from, looking like some bling may be making it's way onto the Blandit ;)
Got another laugh today... 76 quid for a rear brake lever! where do the dealers dream up the prices  Can get anodised gear and brake lever set for 45 off the web, also picked up black clutch and brake set for 19 quid delivered. Wont be long till it's back in duty i hope
