Ah yes ... elbow deep in the strangest looking sh*t you ever did see ... sleepless nights ... learning to understand a creature that can't speak (if you have a pet you have a head-start!) ... the obstacle course that is finding strange objects called "toys" scattered randomly around the house and in particular on the stairs (danger!) ... wishing they could talk, and then when they start, sometimes wishing they wouldn't have started in the first place ... being able to put them down and coming back to find them in the same place, which suddenly changes when they start walking and then you DAREN'T leave them alone for a second! LMAO

Wouldn't change it for the world :D best thing that ever happened to me, my kids :D

Congratulations, take it from one that has been there, the first 10 years are the easiest. Then it is hell for the next 10.

Enjoy, you must be grinning like the proverbial Cheshire cat. (For now)

Ha - that reminds me - the ex-wife wanted to go "old school" on this and use washables. I changed the first one and thought "sod this, no way", but she was all "oh what's the matter with you? Afraid of a bit of poo?".

Told her she could do the next one herself then ... Pampers it was after that :D LOL

I have just recently learnt that nappies come in different sizes so this is well advanced stuff and I will consult the issue before giving an answer.:D

Wicked. You are never ever going to be the same person ever again. She is a very lucky girl to have such generous parents.

When my kids were born I bought them a dummy. You have bought her a mobile phone. :smt103

Congrats mate! She's a cutie. My boys 4 months old and enjoying every minute, even the 3:30 am minutes! Typing this in the dark with the telly sound off 'cos he wouldn't go to bed so left him in front of me in the bouncy chair.

ENJOY!
