The moon has a weird white circle around it. Doesn't show up well on photo's, but the circle is at the same height as the clouds. The circle is so big I can't get the whole thing in a photo.



Weird:confused:

It's an atmospheric effect known as a 22 degree halo.

Pretty much the principles as a rainbow.
but a rainbow is viewed at 52 degrees.
