My mates ART Exhuast has gone on a diet :p

Little split near the link pipe end so instead of waiting for me to stubby it he bought a Titanium oval Scorpion from my bro. I've now got the can for free but it won't fit my gixxer

Can't remember the length but i took 9" off so i'd say it's around 11" now. Few little scratches on the badge and tiny rub marks on back of can. There is a mark where "NOT FOR ROAD USE" has been ground off but it would probably polish off with a bit of elbow grease. Rest is very clean and tidy. Has been pop riveted back together and looks pretty good. Not sure on sound but i'm sure it'll be ample :smt077

Not the tidiest can but would make a good can for somone who's after a cheap stubby. The strap is included just not in photo.

£25 + P+P or collect from Barnsley / Wakefield

The splits in the dead bit...

Didn't make myself clear really did i reading it back

The can split maybe 1/2 inch near where it joins the link pipe. We cut that part off (right in pic) and cans now split free. We reused the original rivet band so it's not perfect but obviously new rivets.

Yeah, The part on the right was to give an idea of the size of the can now it's stubbied. There is the odd scratch on it but NO cracks.

Average can weighs 1.5KG in carbon so say 1/3 of weights lost it'll be around 1KG give or take a bit.

Postage between ?5 - 7.50, i'll let whoever know definate before payment. But we'll say ?7.50 top and i'll stand rest if it's more.

Plowsie has first refusal as he was first to reply, then you sir are next

If you want to send it over it's only a 30 minute job. Haven't got any spares left myself apart from a 3 stud with 4 stud convertter for GSXR.

My brother was working installing Air con for factories with chequerplate and rivets being the main materials. He borrowed one for me  and a load of rivets. Any decent DIY store should have them but i don't think B&Q have.

It's really simple to do, this was my first attempt and it came out fine.

Can arrived this morning. Looks even shorter in the "flesh" than it did in the photo. Gonna sound great!

Mate the only issue I have is that I do not have a spare to put on.

What do you need from me? just the can?

I have a sebring aftermarket can at the mo. But would like it to be even shorter ;)

If You're willing to send it ( & pay for return) next day post then i can do it in a night. The only thing I'd need from you is the can, a preferred length and return address. Could probably have it sent, done and returned in mon-friday week if you posted it out on a monday. If There's no badges on it then there's no limit to length other than it's got to pass through the Strap + an inch or so to be safe.

I'm Assuming Stainlees steel ? Just that i can polish the edges up better after cutting.

Yeah it is stainless steel.

I ill need to see when my bike will be off the road as I kind of use it everyday for work.

Well the offers there mate. You'll just have to give me a PM when you want it doing. I've got enough spare time to do it prettymuch whenever.

Here is the can fitted. It sounds great and looks brill!

I had to get a DB killer for it as it was a little too loud for my daily commute. But it will come out at weekends.....
