Hey ya, i'm finally coming back 'down sarf' and am looking to rent somewhere for at least 6 months.
It was too cold up north and i couldn't understand a word anyone was saying!
Only stipulations are that it must be walking distance to a train station that goes into Charring Cross and have somewhere to park my car (either off street or on road without having to have a permit).
If anyone has, or knows someone who has, a good sized room (to fit all my clothes, shoes and bags ;)) then i'd be very grateful if you would please PM me.
I need to move w/c 4th Feb.

Me.
Clapham.
4 bed house.
Jayne - the new girl is moving out.
You can park the car on ht street - but you'll need a permit. The driveway is busy with a bike & moped.
Clapham common tube gets into Charing Cross.
Think it's £475 a month.
Think she's moving out on the 16th Feb though.

Thanks hun but i need to save a deposit to buy my own flat and i need something a little cheaper than that to be honest. I used to live in Tooting Bec so i know the area well. I need to not have any extra costs like parking bringing down how much i can save or i'll never get my own place!

You can sleep at my place whenever the missus is out of town if you like, I'll only levy a small payment from you per night...
