If it wasn't cheap why didn't you just get the stuff you wanted (Autosol) from Hellfrauds?!?

You can get the Autoglym Metal Polish.

I got both.

Autosol is "rougher" so better (less effort and use less) for shineying your stainless downpipes. The Autoglym stuff is not as abrasive so good for polished or laquered engine casings ferinstance.

For future reference guys, if you don't need it urgently you can buy it online here (http://www.pharmacy2u.co.uk/details.asp?productid=ANC23).

Pedro - It is more expensive but i have a massive bottle of it, bout as big as a coke bottle.

Dizzyginge - Its the metal polish, its not as effective as autosol but does pretty much the same job, see my posts here (http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.php?t=102719&highlight=fork+cleanup) and here (http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.php?t=103296&highlight=polishing).

And yes, its rather difficult task to get to my downpipes :(

Damn, reminds me, I think after having the bike sat outside for "some time" that I really ought to give it a good clean and soon ... forks need doing and also brake discs! Downpipe needs doing again too ... so looks like I shall be busy this weekend whilst the kids play on PS2 :D

And yes, its rather difficult task to get to my downpipes :(Serves ya right for buyin a H***a :smt019;)
