waterproof oversuits are a great deterrent to rain,

i always find that when i spend about half an hour getting into mine, it never bloody rains anyway.

its only when you leave them at home thinking "rain, today ?, no chance" that it does.

The first date Pete and I had was off to Anglesey for a bike rally. He very thoughtfully brought along some waterproofs for me.................very similar to those, but with more pink on them.

Now I don't do pink, and bearing in mind they were made for someone a foot taller than me too, I looked like a gay Michelin man in them. I got wet rather than wear them:D
