24 - Day 5 - 2:00-3:00am.
Had Days 1 & 2 on DVD, watched all up to about five hour into Day 6 then SKY threw their toys out of the pram and pulled their services from NTL/Virgin - just been able to afford Days 3, 4, 5 & 6 so as I have been at home since Thursday I've started all over again with Kiefer overdose...
... by this time Tuesday evening, I'm guessing, I'll finally be round to watching episodes I've not seen before. :D

You won't be saying that after S6. It is by far the weakest one...

Leaving Las Vegas has just started on Channel 3.
The question is, do I stay up drinking and watch the movie or do I go to bed now like a good boy as its a school night?

I am about to watch Wild Hogs, I think it's a film about harleys and old men or something. Will report back.

Just watched The Thing.
Again.
I'd say 10/10. I've seen it loadsatimes since I were a lad, but it still remains a right 'orrible film.
In fact, I think I find it more 'orrible the more I watch it and get older! You'd expect a movie you'd seen to get less 'orrid- after all, yer've seen it before. But no- this piece of classic Carpenter still does the trick on atmosphere and grossness.
It's certainly a classic, anyway.
Asides from that, I'm going to watch a film this week in tribute to Roy Scheider. Jaws is my favourite movie ever, but watched that recently, so probbly 2010.
Fifth Gear with the Unimog -

Did you know Jaws was a 'U' cert when it first came out... I think i was about 6 or 7 and was taken to the cinema to see Watership Down for my birthday, only Dad had the wrong week so we saw Jaws instead!
Couple of weeks later when I did get to see the intended film I actually thought that the tale about a bunch of animated bunnies was scarier than a big rubber shark.

Yeah- quite amuses me that it's higher rated now.
Watership Down is a very violent film- very easiley scarier than Jaws. Tis a fantastic book,. too.
