Is that stuff legal or what? Does it work? Is it obvious it's been applied? What's the penalty for using it? etc.

used to be able to buy it over the counter as a film but either it became illegal or it became useless when the cameras went inferred, or so im told

don't know exactly how the inferred cameras work.
