Cool mate that would be sweet! I found a trial version of a program called Pocket DVD wizard which seems to do the job but you can only get 5 minutes max.
Surely in this age of high tech gizmos someone has worked out how to do this!

Well you got various programs you can go via, this one i use converts a film in about 10 mins :) but you have to gget the film as a single file so you need another program for that, my boss does it and just passes me a usb drive full of films, then i stick them onto my ipod.
Will PM you i on monday if no1 else has come up witth anything good.

I have the Vison M and just use Creative's file converter (part of the Creative Media Toolbox). It should be on the CD you got with the player (or you can download it from Creative's Website). HTH

I tend to use .avi with mine... There's a neat converter called AlltoAvi, well, actually it's rubbish but it's free, which I use to convert allsorts. Amazing how much you can fit on once you convert stuff down to size.
The Creative program does work, but it's pretty slow and a bit choosy about what it'll convert- I did a load with it a while back and half the output files wouldn't play.
Give it to a 10 year old and slip them a fiver, they'll suss it in 5 minutes.

I use a bit of software for the mac called FFMPEG. There is a PC version of it - you need the GUI version - otherwise it requires a bit of coding. This is Freeware and really powerful. Use it at home and at work in the media!!
Great for iPod, MP4, Avi's, PSPs etc
Hope that helps
