All the other Ecossers?
I know it's a regular question, but it keeps coming to mind. Goof, MattTheLoony, EXI, SVFred, Splund, Muzikill, Thumper21, Philbo, Peterco, Endellion and no doubt, many more
I know that our dear Kilted Ginger is keeping an eye open, but still working hard (too hard) at recovery from his illness, but what about the others. Have their poor bikes rusted away or what?
Check in and let us know you are alive please.

Matttheloony is not dead, just resting :D
Imagine how bad you'd feel if you were, for instance, Tigerrrr.... or Loader etc, and you're left off that list. You're mean, Indie.

Me still here:smt026, just been keeping a low profile for the past few months been very ****ty time, just after the our wedding last July the mother in law nearly died (she was 30 seconds away from a respiratory arrest but thankfully she was in the hospital at the time) then there was a few weeks of running up and down to the hospital then getting her home and settled, turns out she has COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) then the weather turned nasty. After christmas new hubby had the flu (real flu no just man flu!) followed by the winter vomiting virus, followed by a cracked tooth, in the middle of this mother in law ended up back in the hospital as her COPD was playing up and her ward became closed due to the winter vomiting virus, then my ward shut and I caught it, thought I was ok to return to work went back far too soon and now I have a chest infection, oh and the mother in law now has a home oxygen machine with 40ft of oxygen cable wich you easily trip over if you aint careful!!!!
Bet you wished you hadnt asked where I have been!! LOL!!! Have been reading whats been going on but didnt want to depress you all with whats been going on here it aint been fun, so now I am just keeping my fingers crossed for a excellent summer and dry day for knockhill this year:cool:

Good to hear that your still with us Thumper.
The boards have been a bit quieter in general, which is to be expected during the rubbish part of the year. That's quite a run you've had, so I hope your health and luck improves soon.
I think we're all wishing for a good summer this year.

Still around! - although the bike is still unwell (won't go past 2nd gear)
putting the dosh away to get it fixed (either a new engine or a rebuild-dunno where i would get the parts though if i rebuilt it.. but considering its only a v twin it should be a doddle to strip)
selector fork f*kt methinks and possibly some gear teeth along with it.... northy you may get a shout..... plus the guy you helped out with this sort of problem last year.
Hope you are all doing well.
I wrote my bike off and spent the money on a car to commute with. Have been pining for a new bike recently though so it's only a matter of time before I am back on 2 wheels

Looking forward to the spring rain, have bought the textiles (which cost an arm and a leg - almost as much as the bike!) so rain will not stop play!
Caught up with a girl I did lessons with who's still riding despite the adverse weather, she's inspirational and determined as is Shonadoll who is a bit under the weather at the minute. Get well doll, Fenwick beckons!
