Oh, I might not be there as I did volunteer for SERV duty that night. :rolleyes:
Negative for this one, after all of todays lively debate over attendance.

Voted "Meh" in support of ASM - but will be in the US so unless my bike learns how to travel the Atlantic I probably wont make it. Maybe another time?

I think the mods made an executive decision on it, fortnightly until the weather gets better and we get more peeps turning up.

Tyre marks on the ground close to it's natural habitat have been sent off for analysis to see whether it is a hoax.
Apparently there have been reports of a close relation roaming the same area that's also hardly spotted which is black and has an a sharper outline.

All we know is that it's called the Green Terror.

55mph?? It's 88mph, the laws of physics dictate it's 88mph!!
Legend has it that the Green Terror only comes out on a full moon, and preys on helpless scooters....
and attracts cats to it's lair, which then gets a swift kick from its keeper (the cat gets the kick, not the SV). ;)
ha ha I look forward to seeing the green terror perform tonight!

OK, i most likely am going to get lost on finding this pub. Have printed the rac route of ttho but am confused by the bit that says, leave A3 by pass road. Is this the little sloppy bit that goes down and then u go round by that pointy building with ericson signs on it?

Yes, as you are coming down the hill into Guildford, don't take the 1st exit to Uni Tesco & Hospital but take the 2nd exit to Guildford. At the roundabout under the A3 go straight ahead to the right. Then you can take the first right (where you double back on yourself & go down past the Porsche garage) or probably easier to carry on to the big traffic lights & turn right to the centre. Once you're on the ring road in the Centre of Guildford take the exit to Godalming, then before the road bends to the right & goes up the hill, turn first left & carry on to the right to the end of the road & you'll see it on your right. Simple eh?

blueto, the pub isn't terribly easy to find. I'd defo recomend getting someone's mobile number so you can get directions in case you get lost in Guildford. The one-way system in the middle of Guildford can be a bit confusing.

Let me just step in and save the day here. Move aside. If I put several waymarkers into the touchy satellite machine and pick thr destination via quickest GM route possible...Nice new toy:bball: This christmas, I might get to the correct restaurant. Still late. Takes a while to program in these itineraries you know.

Cant believe i got lost trying to find the pub, then got lost trying to find my way home! finally got in at about 11.30, and had to wash my bike down to get all the salt of.
Still, enjoyed the run out and next time, now i know where it is ill be there a bit earlier!!!
BTW - my mates TL held out with the side stand all the way home! - thanks for the tool loans!

I feel a bit better today but not looking forward to my flight to Barcelona. I have a feeling that the sick bag will be in use. Glad that some people rode to the pub. I shouldn't need to kick 4rse for it to happen............:D
