View Full Version : Total lunar eclipse on Thursday

The angle to the horizon at mid eclipse will be 33 deg in London, roughly south. Therefore, anywhere with a clear southerly aspect. It's the moon so local light sources are not so much of a problem. If you are further north, then it will be lower in the sky.

Nice to see GMT used after the politically correct brigade renamed it UST and cost us umpteen trees re-issuing paperwork

That pic looks like those horrid Venn diagrams that I hated at school. I have never used a Venn diagram since!

Ace photos!
There were some academics on Radio 4 this morning, debating whether the universe theory is now defunct - they were suggesting that we have a multiverse. Awesome.
