Have you checked that it IS actually blue? They sometimes just post a generic pic which may bear no resemblance to the screen you end up with. A quick question to the vendor might be an idea.

oh, ok, thanks for that advice. Am i correct in thinking that they are all a little different then - in terms of the colours... they change as you look at them from different angles too dont they?? (apologies for being a bit clueless! lol)
anyway... do you think it would go with my bike.. has anyone got any photos? i was originally thinking tinted would be better.

Have you seen the pics in this thread?

Depends if it's a rainbow Iridium or just Blue Iridium.

We took ages finding an Airblade screen that had the right colours for us.

Personally I think just a dark tint would be best.

However you could always buy the Iridium one and if it doesn't suit, sell it on.

That was our thinking when we purchased the Powerbronze one. Which we are defo keeping now.:D

I think there's some potential for that to look God-awful. I'd do the same as Pete and hold out for a dark tint or clear one....

I actually saw a blue iridium screen on a Tellow 82 Fireblade yesterday morning that made me think that it was the 1st decent looking iridium screen I had seen with respects to fitting in with the bike.

But normally when it comes to iridium I just say no :)

The black one looks pretty good, but man, steer clear of Iridium ones, it's not the 90's anymore!!

There's surely nothing worse than an otherwise nice bike with a coloured screen and even tinted headlight covers!!! Just my opinion of course!

I went for it in the end, primarily as it was cheap and i'm going to scotland on the bike over the easter wkend and i want to try and reduce the wind on the motorways
cant make up my mind if i like the look of it or not tho, i guess its a matter of personal taste for most people. i had been careful to keep the bike to just yellow and black so it flies in the face of that concept but in a way i do quite like it.
will wait til ive had a chance to get used to it until i decide... it'll certianly stay on for my trip though anyway

will post a photo on the weekend if i get round to it
