Just saw this on ebay and think it looks great and the price seems pretty good too! http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Suzuki-SUZUKI-SV-650-SY-in-GSXR-Clours-Motorbike_W0QQitemZ250216146093QQihZ015QQcategoryZ 18283QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

hmm, i dunno, looks a bit much I think. Of course, that's probably the idea. I don't like the red wheels with the white and blue.

I think that looks horrendous. :)

Hmmmmm, seems like my opinion isn't shared? Does this mean noone will buy my burberry painted gsxf?

I wanted the bright wheels on my Sv, but SWMBO vetoed that idea. :smt079

Like the paint job, but shame they didn't do the mirrors. Exhaust is too long though and the rear tyre looks too narrow as well.

Could do with white rims if they are giving it the gixxer look. Personally not my cup of tea.

yeah, looking at that again, I think I'd be quite embarrassed to buy/ride that. That's quite a statement considering the state of my bike last time I had it out...

If you wanted a gixxer, you'd go ahead and buy one.
I wouldn't stick a ferrari badge on a mondeo and expect it to look right!

SV's work because they've got nice clean lines, and no fag advertisements! (and curvy's are best!)

if it had white wheels, I'd say it looks ok :nomore:

That looks awful. Curvys look best with single colours or a 2 tone like the fireblades but not a gsxr bodywork.

My leathers are silver and black and I have thought about getting my curvey turned to that colour to match but £600 will not be worth it as I will not get much of it when it comes to sell. So in July 2009 I will get a CBR600RR in silver and black!

Wouldn't it be cheaper to just get new leathers?

My bike is worth £2000, my leathers are worth about £1000. Safety comes first and they look good. My 1st bike was silver/black and parents insisted on really good leathers so my dad paid for Dainese stuff, boots, hellracer gloves, 2 jackers (leather and textile), back protectors troucers and an arai helmet!

Hence I will change bike after 2 years rather than leathers, also I prefer an IL4 to a v-twin. I have only been riding for 2 years so not experienced so I would rather chuck a cheap sv down the road/track than a 06 cbr600rr

you lucky sod!!

I bought a sports 125 and my budget at the time stretched to a new bike + jacket + gloves. After riding for a few days my dad saw my lack of clothing and told me about a few of his patients that have had accidents and the importance of boots, correct fitting leathers etc. Hence he offered to buy me decent kit that matched my 125.

Then I sold the 125 and got a blue curvey with the money! I look a bit silly at times but there are black/silver bits of the sv that matches!
