lowers, titanium race can, one off sticker kit, tinted screen, can hanger, pillion seat cowl, hugger, shiny heel plates, scotoiler, tank raisers, k&n air filter, crash bungs, mini indys, tail tidy, braided hoses, heated grips, fender extender, chewys mirror spacers.........
and of course the welsh dragan stickers;)

EDIT; ERIC should win, mainly out of sympathy, as he is no longer with us, bits of him live on in mike2165's bike. also it was in the fastest colour, spent quite a bit getting it how i wanted.but worth every penny, and he sounded awsome.

And looking very shiny......

http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e90/tonyw2000/SV650satwork2.jpg

The last was taken with my phone so that could explain the contrast......

ooops, forgot to add:
Tinted screen, HG mini indies, R&G crash protectors, homemade sticker on lowers, Scorpion carbon end can, SV stickers on rims, Evotech exhaust hanger, Evotech tail tidy, OEM lowers/cowl/hugger, cowl pad from e-bay, fender extender and a Scottoiler.
Also, what mine has above the rest is my total respect and gratitude for giving me the freedom to go where I want when I want in the knowledge that I don't have to spend half my journey staring at the break lights of the "going nowhere fast" traffic.

Just a thought, but shouldn't this competition be in two seperate classes for pointy and curvy? They are, after all, very different.

This is my entry for best looking SV.

I brought my SV in August 2006 and it's been the best thing i've ever invested in. The only thing i was disapointed by is the dull image alot of people give the SV, but you sure get what you pay for when you get an SV. Yes the finish isn't great and the suspension is suspect to say the least but for an alround review of the bike it does it's job very well, almost what it says on the tin so to speak.

Right my mods so far have been :- OEM lowers,Seat cowl, Hugger,Baglux tank Cover,Clear Integrated Tail Lights,Clear indys, pyramid plastics undertray, fender extender,Chewys wheel stickers & rim tape, puig double bubble screen,Micron Delta + (baffleless), Metzeler Z6's,Custom rearsets,Custom lense covers!

I'm planning on changing the front end for GSXR1000 forks and i can't wait to feel the transformation, also i'll be changing the rear shock too, hopefully for an ohlins (saving the pennies)

Theres so much you can do to make the SV your own bike, unlike alot of bikes that already come with all the shiny bits. Thats why i'm enjoying the SV at the moment it's my bike and i'm adding bits as and when i can.

Long live the SV :thumleft:

Me too might as well try again.

OK here we go. I upgraded to the SV form a Bandit.(best move i ever made)

I adore this machine. When i ride it, i feel safe kinda like being protected by your big brother. (strange i know)

I have spent many many many hours cleaning, wiping and polishing this machine to give it the treatment it deserves.

My sv is a whole host of things to me. She becomes my commuter (when its dry), my weekend fun bike, and my traffic buster!

The MODS to date include
double bubble screen
polished and painted rims
polished foot brake
polished gear lever
rocca undertray
Small front inidis
polished swing arm
polished heel plates
custom made exhaust
blue brake lines
rear seat cowl
belly panThis bike IMO is not only the best shape, colour and style but also most likely one of the cleanest machines i have evr had pleasure in owning.

MY SV had not been modded to customize the appearance,(i.e different clocks etc)and i have kept it with the overall look of how the SV should be. Thats why i think MY SV is one of the best!:D This none has done both me and Suzuki proud!

And I did it with no outside help or previous spraying experience.

So I couldn't enter Suze cause shes not finished and So I pinched some old photos of Dave from when I bought it, its not changed a jot since I bought it last year, apart from a set of motosliders crash bungs, some new carbs and tyres, its just as shiny, and its made me obsessed with polishing cause downpipe shine is high maintenance, so are the rims and forks. Infact these photo's aren't shiny enough
can I put another in to show offf the shine of that downpipe....lol.
Scorpion chopped up end can, super duper one off curly wurly link pipe, stealth disks, tail tidy job. n stuff,
Oh and this is Bambi killer, it suffered no damage whatsoever when Bambi threw itself on the front wheel. Apart from a small patch of paint melt on the left engine case. Acid etching!!!!!!!!! Not everyone can say they've got their own paint job a la deer! It did have furry rims for 2000 miles then i got new tyres.

Oh not expecting to win anything actually more a case of dragging out the old Photos, as to why best, well anyone who changes a bike that much will have made it more their thing than Mr Suzuki's, to your own perspective you wouldn't be making it worse now would you, but I guess I got the best out of it without going overboard and forgetting the natural limitations of the bike itself ?

It gave me a couple of years good fun both riding and modding and 153,000 mile, just a bike I enjoyed.

Cheers Mark.
