Well tomorrow is my last shift as a Rac Patrol ...

I have been a Patrol for 18 years ..3 of them riding a Norton commander Rotory :D ..

Next week I start as a work based NVQ assessor in the Automotive trade , it involves some teaching but mainly going to garages and checking the progress of the 'Learner' as they are called these days .. anyone have any experience of this kind of position ?

RAC riding a bike?! I heard the AA tried that once but the riders kept falling over cos they carried too many tools. Were you literally a patrol fixer person?
