Arctic role with a good dollop of Highland Park
A Wilkinson family tradition after we got served the non-alcoholic boring version during a meal from hell and needed to liven it up.
If i was being totally honest, then i would have to say Lemon Meringue Pie. However, any form of chocolate brownie/cake, or ice cream is good as well. No fresh cream though

Cheesecake for me. But I think that the best desert ever is a chocolate cake from the River Cafe (http://www.rivercafe.co.uk/). We used to have them when I was working for (back then Sir, now Lord) Richard Rogers (tp://www.richardrogers.co.uk) (whose wife runs the River Cafe). I think that it's called the Chocolate Nemesis. They used to be covered in so much cocoa powder that you couldn't breathe in whilst eating it, else you'd choke on the dust.

Get me a slice while your there! They also do some nice scones, they come still warm with jam and fresh cream.
I always end up there when i go visiting my dads. Worth the trip just for the cake.

Where do I start I have real sweet tooth:D Apple pie, by its self or with Ice Cream is ace, my gran makes the best apple pie know to man!
My mum also make some awesome choclate based stuff, if its choc I'll eat it and lots of it! I don't like anything with nuts or fruit in though!
If you want to bribe Thunder think choclate (or bike bits:D)
Though right now I hardly eat any desert, manily to save cash and my weight. I won't stay 10 stone if I pig out on all that good stuff, so now its more treat for me. I eat in bulk protein and carbs, so that normally fills me up I have 2 packs of cookies to last me the month! Or if I'm having bad day!

A favourite desert of mine is chocolate ice cream with chicken. I can't eat sweet things without craving something savory so i always eat strange combinations of food. Yummy though! I also eat mint sauce with everything!!
