My 5 year one on 4.59% is just about to run out too and I'm currently looking at having to go up to about 6.29%, WHICH IS A LOT OF EXTRA MONEY!

+1: changed my mortgage twice in the past 8 years and Martin Lewis is the man. You can get everything you need from this website.

Depends how big your payments are. The best rates come with the biggest switching fees but if your payments are big you will recoup them in a few months with the difference in rates.
