if he is worried about the state of your bedroom when you get him up there, best you chuck him straight back out. If its really bad you could always blindfold him and tie him to the bed

Clean the house to a respectable level IMO. If its too clean he'll think you're an obsessive compulsive weirdo and won't know if he's allowed to sit down.
If its too dirty on the other hand then you'll probably scare him off, as if you can't chuck a hoover around the lounge then what will you have not done to your bat-cave. ;)
HTH. :)

The minimum age of your partner should be half your own age plus 7. In my case any woman who is 30 or above is fair game. Hmm, maybe my ex who is 22 should be told.

There's nothing wrong with an older woman(within reason) as long as its only short term.
Long term they are going to look worse a lot quicker than you. Hence my plan is when i hit 40-odd, find a nice twenty something woman. :)

I've just handed a report in on human mate choice, turns out its 'the norm' for men to prefer younger women and women to prefer older men.
Evolutionary scientific explanation is the men want a mate who will potentially be fertile for longer therefore higher reproductive success and women want older men who will be more able to provide for and pass on money and status to offspring.
Possible more realistic reasons are because women like maturer men, usually with lots of money for shopping ;) and men like attractive and fit women :smt102
Obviously this is theory but usually the case.
That's my tuppence, not that you particularly wanted to read it :D

Women and bikes are much the same. When you first buy one it has to be new and you ride it at every opportunity. You wash and polish it every day and make sure that whatever it needs it gets. Now after a while some riders lose interest and start to look at the latest model, it has all the same components, only rearranged and tweaked a bit. They start to ignore their old bike, the chain gets rusty, the brakes seize and sure enough one day it lets them down. They use this as the excuse to trade it in and buy another one and the poor old model get negleted further because nobody wants it, or those that do only because they can't afford a newer one. If they are lucky they get looked after and after a few more years they become a classic, and suddenly they become much more sought after and everybody admires them again. If they are unlucky they rot away and never get bought out the shed.
Personally I've still got my first bike, it still gets regularly ridden and cleaned, although I have to admit the performance is not what I remember, but then neither is mine. I wouldn't sell her for the earth, we've been through to much together, and each time I ride her we can still discover new roads.
Unfortunately at this point my theory fails, because I've got a garage full of bikes......
