Where can I find a Givi X.01?

Well, I'm struggling. Where can I find one of these?

I saw a guy with one a couple of weeks back and I can't even find a price never mind where to get one. Any ideas?

Nope, even my local Givi dealer didn't know anything about them... so bought a Shark
