Yes, I did - out of sticky backed plastic and papier mache!
(actually I bought it - ?1000+ for a bed?! It's lurvely though)
Actually it's usually me who changes the sheets etc rather than me girlfriend

Better than my wife's attempts. I am fed up of telling her to make my bed

Is it true if you make your bed more bed bugs appear?

I used to hate making it as a kid. But back then we had sheets top and bottom, a middle blanket and a beadspread cover... kids these days have nothing to complain about.

I haven't made mine for years, apart from the odd night when I think there might be a chance of impressing a girl for the first time (ok a made bed doesn't really impress, but you know what I mean). After that first night it's back to being unmade I'm afraid...

i love staying at my mums as she uses sheets and blankets. she has even been known to tuck me in. lying there covers up to your chin, feets twisted to the side because blankets are too tight to have your toes pointing upwards. wake up in the morning in exactly the same position

I thought it was the bed making fairies that did that sort of thing. Reality is a big disappointment.

I kinda make mine (OK, so I throw the duvet at it in a slightly less than random fashion ) but I always make sure the throw cover is neatly over the entire bed, regardless of the lumpy mess underneath, and securely tucked in at the top...

... otherwise as soon as I go out the pup will attempt to make a nest out of my pillows.

What's the point of making the bed, you're only going to get back into it again later that day!:D
