SV 650S K2, what's it worth

My sons SV is languishing in the garage after his failed attempts to modify it for racing/track days. It needs a new fairing bracket, rear subframe, loom l/h & r/h switchgear, rear fender, back seat and maybe new ignition. Prior to this it was a tidy looking bike 25k on the clock with a lovely smooth engine. He got knocked off it got paid out and rebuilt it from a cat d insurance write off. The question is what would it be worth in its present state and is it worth putting back together, if I can be bothered cause he can't!

It still got tax & test into June I think?
