View Full Version : My Very Strange Evening

So I went and hung out with my mate Alex and had several drinks whilst watching some people he knew play the mega drive. On a 32" screen in the parkwood (university halls area) common room. So after I finished my 70cl bottle of vodka (I have to admit, slightly shared), I staggered home after deciding not to go to the student nightclub. As I arrived, I found our house in a state of disrepair, with our large 5" by 5" footstool upside down with my housemate lifting some weights; he takes a look at me, 'hi!' At which point, I'm very confused.

Eventually we decide to order some pizza, and we finally - finally hear the door go, I slowly approach it, money in hand, only to find the campest person I've ever seen in my entire life, standing at the door, posturing suggestively at me. Of course, I'm holding out money to this guy at this point; luckily my housemate appears at this point- I quickly explain we were waiting for pizza. He says, 'Oh, it's PIZZA TIME!? I'm baking a cake can I have some sugar?? Or anything??' So we head into our kitchen, closely followed by our new friend John (or Jon?). I pour flour, baking soda and sugar into a bowl- not separated -but apparently he doesn't care, asks my name and the name of my housemate. He then proclaims that I am 'much sexier than [housemate]' and toddles off into the night, stating that his '******** is invitation only'.

We then crack up after he goes and look out the window, only to find our esteemed neighbour taking a photo of us from across the road. Shortly after this, the door goes and, afraid to answer it, we see the pizza man- who gives us burgers, potato wedges and ben and jerry's ice cream, thus making up for the time before.

Perhaps this belongs in LJ, but maybe others have experienced a night such as this recently?

1: A 700ml bottle of vodka is weak for a student, even if it isnt shared. The liver must be punished!

2: Move house now! Nothing good will come of the bender. Its only a matter of time before you wake up with a sore rim and a fragmented memory of the previous night.

Also if you didn't order pizza, then he's not really a pizza delivery guy. :)

haha, I think you might be right there guys. I just woke up and only the sheer force of the GP rerun calling me has made me actually get out of bed.
