I presume they are shorter dogbones or possibly footrest jackup plates.

Theese are shorter dogbones so raises the back end up 25mm

two bolts hold theese in place near the shocker

Know if these fit a 2003 pointy?
Or are they just for the curvy (as in your avatar)?

The suspension linkages are not interchangeable between pointy and curvy AFAIK
