Did you know Britain is the only country in the world where cars come with sun roofs and air conditioning?

Do you know why?

It's because badge obsessed sales reps used to demand all the toys be available on the option list for company cars, so they could spec a new car right up with everything and still be inside their car budget. They didn't care that they were a nob for having A/c and a sunroof, they could brag about it down the pub.

I think it makes sense. I have both and use both.

When it's a bit warm like. I open the sunroof. If however, speeding down the motorway (or at a safari park) I close the windows and then switch the a/c on.

Also my front screen demister uses the a/c as standard. Clears the window in seconds.

See, I never even thought about the whole Safari Park issue!

I wouldn't be without my aircon for any amount but every sunroof I've ever had just let in water. Better than letting in a lion I suppose.
