removing fairing

i feel stupid asking this but i cant get the dam fairings off :( its them little plastic buttons how the hell do they come off

Puke them in the centre with a small srewdriver or something and they will release. To put them back in you need to push the centre bit back up so it is sticking out of the top, then place it back in the hole and push the centre back in and it clamps up again.
