Well the weather finally got to me so I decided to get me a sunbed, 2nd session of the course.

1st one last week I had 9 mins and got burnt, glowed for days.

So today I thought just 5 mins ... nah got even more burnt ... new tubes.

I must be the only glowing bird in Staffordshire, I went for a walk in the rain to cool off and it hasnt worked. :smt087

No pics allowed !!!! It's too embarrasing

I stopped aving sunbeds ages ago, went for these creams which tint but ya go a little orange even with really expensive ones.

It's for a wedding, fancied a bit of colour but was more hopin on a tanned colour not red LOL.

9 mins is OK if you build up to it, I could have had the "inferno" and I am glad I decided on just the normal one LOL

******** don't do this at home ******* it stings LOL

Dilute 4 teaspoons of gravy granules to a pint of a water and smear all over for a lovely golden tan.

More beauty tips next week ;)

Shell invest in some tan towels... far cheaper and less harmful or I use the dove tinted body moisturiser which is really good and doesn`t streak, get the medium to dark colour. Only problem is you`ll need someone to do your back for you lol

I find that being an olive skinned Mediterranean type does quite nicely. No need for spray-on or fake tan and sunbeds are a waste of time. Have foreign parents and stay tanned all year round :D
