Think you would have to cut battery box not 100% sure though.

Not sure tbh mate, thought that might be the ZX-10 shock, but dont know.
looks like the zx10r one i just fitted to mine mate, if you use this one or a zx10r one you will have to cut the batttery tray .

You'll have to cut the battery box to fit this, its a piggy back reservoir shock and you'll need one with a remote reservoir for no mods at all!

rather than any brand, yu have to ask linier or progressive ?
if linier make sure you get the right spring weight.
if you go progressive, there are two types, either two stage (2/3's one rate of whined and a 1/3 tighter) or truely progressive (as in tightens up threw the whole length of the whined).

You,re absolutley right of course, well dont want the front end set up like a race bike cos thats not my riding style, guess I just want to ugrade to better quality stuff with a more planted front end, if that makes any sense

in that case i'd suggest progressives then (but true ones), then set the spacers up according to your rider sag requirements, it'll give you more durability/ flexability on the road.
Cheers Mark.
try hagon for the springs and oil mate. there not listed on there catalogue but if you phone them up they cater for all bikes.
£62.50 inc vat, delivery and free 15w oil, much better than standard.

Hyperpro front fork spring kit (http://www.twinshack.co.uk/prods/290.html) is a good choice for what you are looking for.
