Picked up the D675 yesterday! Was going to put on the exhaust + tail tidy and pazzo levers, but got home too late so it's just the gel seat and seat cowl at the moment:

Firstly if you are going to put your g/f in the photo then at least get her face in the shot, so we know if we're wasting our time. :)

Secondly whats with the red/white extension on the bottom of the numberplate....L plates? ;)

Is she a local you've picked up, or did you ship her over from England?

Consequently have you seen any interesting wildlife yet? When i as at a mates in Adelaide we were kicking a ball around his garden when a snake just meandered between us. I was like **** that and didn't go barefoot again. :)

I like the lifestyle in Australia, but **** the wildlife! :D

haha same in a lot of places, I found a chipmonk in cabin when I was in the US the little bugger was running about, darted out the cabin sort of ran up a friends leg, then up a tree. LOL not to mention the snakes and the spiders, which you really don't want to be bit by! If you leave then alone, they do the same for you!

Blue - What happens if you sit on the bog tho' and a spider has a nest behind it. Your technically in his area and he's going to be especially ****ed off if your wafting noxious butt gas in his families face. Not so bad in the UK 'cos they just shout at you but in Oz they have a nasty habit of making your heart stop too.

Dream bike that! Just keep your eye on the oil window says BIKE magazine.
My brother is going for the StreetTriple. I do his oil changes and I'm pretty sure that Triumph's manual states that the service technician has to, 'take the motorcycle on an hour or two ride to get the engine working to normal temperatures after an oil change'. :) Wouldn't you agree lads?

Just did :) - though haven't posted anything. One thing I am curious about. When I park up after a ride, after a minute there is this noise that sounds like an old modem dialing up from under the tank!?? I'm guessing it has something to do with the immobilizer or something maybe? I'll post the question over there, but wondered if you guys get the same?

That's really weird. It sounds just like a modem or fax machine. My Speed Triple doesn't make a noise like that.

Good choice my man a mid range howler! Ive rode a few of these 675's and there awesome, as good as any Jap machine. Produces alot of torque and has plenty of go in it. :D
