" is there any bulge's in the fibreglass ? if so this is where your brackets would bolt to - hand made brackets , there should be three bulges "

I've been thinking of making my own in fiber-glass to resemble the firebolt's item which I think looks great. I did some work in fiber-glass in the past. I need to find a way to mock-up it in foam first to get the approx dimensions and then do it properly using plywood structure ribs for the final mold. http://www.pro-fiber.com/products_pictures/CARBON-BELLYPAN-BUELL-18.jpghttp://www.motorbikestoday.com/reviews/Images/buell_firebolt_front.jpg
