For my birthday!

I want an R6, I test rode one today at the bike safe thing! What an awesome bike, I pushed it but not too much as it was raining I hit a powerband, it left me wanting more!! More I tell ya!

So I'm sure if you guys pull togther, you can have me an R6 to ride quite soon:D

You I thought I might be nervous, not one bit apart from when I nearly dropped the one time! In fact it has given more confidence in my ability as a rider, which is ace. I don't fear my race bike anymore, actually I want to ride it fast:D

The other good thing I was on a observed ride, with the bike safe safe guys, he seemed impressed at how I handled the bike in the wet, only riding for 6 months on a full licenec. Awesome or what!

I'm VERY surprised they let you take it out though. License for 6 months would usually lead to them laughing at you!

If licensed for 6 months doesn't equal inexperienced i don't know what does!

They were like are sure you want to ride, I was like hell yeah where's the key! Then I was like afterwards, I want another ride, the guy there was being ****, no one ride only...hehe I'll try again tomorrow! The rain seems to put people off!

What does **** me off, people think oh only been riding 6 months so can't be that good, I think I have proved now I can ride what I want when I want to. Honda won't let u ride their bike until 3 years of having a licence, what crap:smt077

If i'm honest i probably wouldn't take a test ride in the rain, i would want to thrash it without worrying about chucking it down the road.(yes rain doesn't equal death, but i'd rather a sunny day)

I was having a butchers at the R6 in Brian Grays and the salesman lurched over. He started giving me all the talk and i said thank but no thanks, i'm getting a R1 next year. :mrgreen:

It's obvious that for this event they had a broader critiria than a normal dealer, which is why he was able to test ride the bikes.

For whatever reason I don't care to be honest, its been a huge confidence boost, and getting good feedback made me feel great:D

I so looking looking foward to Monday! It also makes me think okay what can I do with road bike! In all a lot of fun, which has improved me as a rider just awesome!

Well see y'll later, I'm tried 2 test rides, a mad drive to my folks ect...Mondays will rock:D
