Anyone used this green 'Slime' tire sealant before?

I know the valve core needs to be remove, is it as easy as 'turn it out' and 'turn it in' again?

cheers!

I used it on a rear and even although the hole was under the maximum size it never sealed, cost me twice as much when i went to get it changed due to the mess it made and the guy said he'd never do another one again.Don't know if it was due to me getting the puncture first then adding it?.There's other products out there that get a good right up but there more expensive.

Try Ultraseal (or puncture safe as I believe its now known). We've got it in a tyre on display to show customers how it actually works (and it does) it takes all of 5 minutes to fit to both tyres, doesnt make a mess and I've got it in my tyres so i know it doesnt effect the tyre performance. Costs £25 for a bottle that'll do both tyres.

I have been using Slime for about six years in ATV tires, have not had any flats and rarely have to add air. This is cross-country use, through cacti, mesquite, greasewood, rocks, etc. The tires on both my Polaris units were completely worn out when I sold them, still no flats. Slime in the tires was the first thing I did to the new Suzukis I replaced them with.

Never tried it on a road bike though.
